Hind Commerce Limited was originally Incorporated as Public Limited Company in the name & style of Hind Commerce Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab & Chandigarh vibe certification of Incorporation dated 19, 1984. Subsequently, the company having by special resolution transfer the registered office from state of Punjab to the state of Maharashtra confirmed by an order of Company Law Board, New Delhi dated November 10, 1994.

The company has been engaged in the share trading business since 1992. In 1993-94, the company diversified in the Business of Leasing and Bill Discounting.

At present the company is engaged in domestic as well as international trading of cotton yarn and fabric business since 1995. The Company is head office is situated at Tardeo, Mumbai.
